Times typically 2 to 7 business days within the contiguous U.S., based
on the final destination ZIP code. Longer transit times to destinations
outside the contiguous U.S.
Return Policy All products on this site are made to
order and custom printed for your order. This makes your order a special
order, and all sales are final. As part of the process, please see the
product mock-up listed on the web-store. By agreeing to purchase the
item, you are approving both the product and embellishment. Orders may
take up to 10 to 14 days to be printed and shipped, however a faster
production time may be possible. Orders can be cancelled prior to product
embellishment but once printed, returns and cancellations are not
permitted.
Returning Damaged / Defective Items Kevin's
Wholesale will replace any item that is determined to be damaged or
defective. In cases of damage or defect, the return process can be
expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along
with a clear description of the problem) in an email to
web-stores@kevins.biz. All damaged and defective products must be
returned to Kevin's Wholesale for inspection before a final
determination can be made. Action (in the form of a reprint/replacement)
can be taken only after we receive the damaged goods back from the
customer in the original packaging. Please contact us by phone before
returning damaged or defective items to arrange for the payment of
shipping costs.
Return Process Include the
original packing slip and a copy of your order confirmation in your
returning package along with your returning items.
